Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
All of our leases are approved by the landlord before signing. As your agent, we would sign and act on your behalf. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Since we are a licensed broker you may also hire us for residential or commercials sales! -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants are easily able to pay their rent online through the tenant portal, where they can also set up Auto-Pay. Additionally, they may drop their rent off at our office in Poughkeepsie. We call all tenants who are more than 30 days delinquent to try to recover rent, or begin collections proceedings. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our typical lease is 12 months, however landlords may elect to use whatever lease terms work best for them. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
NYS prohibits charging tenants more than one months rent as a security deposit. -
